ACADEMIC STATUS: Grade One in Middle School - As of summer 2009 FAMILY BACKGROUND: His father was mentally ill and violently attacked people, almost killing one. The father's parents said he was getting worse and worse and he was taken to the hospital and seemed better for a while. They thought if they got him a wife it would help and it did for a while. After this little boy was born he got worse so the woman divorced him. At that time the little boy was one year old. He continued to worsen and became a threat to people so he was kept locked up in a room with bars and never let out. Each day he was given food through the bars. | Zhai Zhi gang came with heaviness that not many little boys have had to experience. He has changed a lot. He is happy and outgoing. He loves basketball and although he doesn't talk a lot he is open. He acts like an adult and his gait also looks older. He is a great student and he is always seen working hard at the table on his schoolwork. |
