Mu Yao dong - David

PARENTAL HISTORY: Adopted.

LIVING RELATIVES:
His adopted grandmother was 61 years old and grandfather was 65 years old at the time of our research.

OTHER DATA:
This little boy was adopted by the grandparents and he was born in Oct. 1995. When he was three or four years old they picked him up in a temple where he had been abandoned so there was no information on his real parents. His grandfather was 65 years old but was very sick and had extreme problems breathing as a result of being hit by a motorcycle. The grandfather died right before Mu Yao dong came to our home. They lived on $4 a month given to them by the government.

Mu Yao dong is so precious. He is playful and cheerful and very loving. He likes hugs and loving attention. His scores at school used to be exceptionally great - all hovering at 99% to 100%. But for a while he had spent too much time on playing. He worked very hard and had made great progress to catch up his studies. He writes very good articles and likes to read. At this point in his life he says he later would like to become a journalist. He and his 'brothers' in the home are all very close. He loves to play basketball and ping pong as well as all other sports. Whatever he does, he does wholeheartedly.
