At the time of coming to our home:

This little boy's mother deserted them when he was about 3 years old and since that time has not visited or shown any interest in him. She then found another husband and had a little girl by him. They live in Xinmi and her new husband is said to be rather abusive.

The boy's father soon found another wife after his first wife left and had another little boy. In May of 2011 his father was driving to his work and had an accident and died. Shortly after the accident, his second wife took her baby and left. Liu Ying hao was left to live with his grandparents. Although they are not very old, both are in poor health with no income and way to take good care of Liu Ying hao.
