Our
mission is to continue to love and care for and give
safe living conditions and prolonged education through
the university for each truly orphaned or oppressed
needy countryside child. Since 1996 we have been caring
for desperate orphan children. Newsweek, the Chinese
government and the media have recognized our work.
SANCS is an acronym for Sino-American Nonprofit Cooperative Services
which means China and America cooperating together to serve
the people for no profit.
SANCS is a non-denominational tax-deductible 501(C)(3) organization that was formed in 1994 and is supported entirely
by family, friends and churches of many beliefs. All donations
are used for the support of the children. The mothers and
our Chinese office manager receive a salary; Jane and all
the other staff are self-supporting volunteers.
